Here I am again! This time offering you a Monday Morning Moan-athon.
This can be done either alone or as a communal activity. As a rough guide, I would estimate that you will want to moan and groan for a long time. The reason for this misery? You have me droning on every morning with the daily prompts for a while longer! ????????????
Lisa stepping in here 🙂 I agree with Dina that getting things off your chest can be helpful. I don’t agree that anyone would want to moan about her giving us prompts!
My advice is to actually set a time and a limit to feel bad about something. Plan something nice to do afterwards and don’t let the moaning take over your life.
Dina was a member of the less-stuff community who, with her unusual sense of humour, has discovered a flair for writing amusing decluttering challenges, which we call 'Dina Days'.
