You wouldn’t climb a mountain without a bit of training beforehand. Any big task can be broken down into tiny little actions towards it.
- Want to get fit? Get off the sofa and walk somewhere.
Want to save money? Take some fruit instead of buying a snack.
Want to declutter? Get rid of one bit of useless junk.
Want to do a greener grocery shop? Buy something that is packaged in cardboard or glass which is easier to recycle than plastic.
